What soft skills does Skill Up help me practice?
Skill Up currently offers training modules for Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills. We regularly add new scenarios and skill tracks based on user feedback and market needs.
How do I start my free trial?
Download the Skill Up app from the App Store or Google Play Store and create an account. You can select a subscription plan and start your 7-day free trial through the in-app purchase options.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. To cancel, go to your device's app store account settings and manage your subscriptions there.
What happens to my progress data if I cancel?
Your account data, including progress across all skill tracks, will be retained for a period of 30 days after cancellation, in case you wish to resubscribe. After this period, your practice history and personalized settings may be deleted.
How accurate is the AI feedback?
Our AI system is trained on professional soft skills best practices and provides feedback based on established principles for communication, negotiation, and persuasion. While highly effective, it is designed to complement, not replace, personalized coaching from human experts.
